The most common problem logging in is having the CAPS Lock key pressed down. Passwords are case sensitive so "AARDVARK00198" is a different password than "Aardvark00198".
Please check if the CAPS Lock key on your main keyboard or if you have a second one is down. Depending on the keyboard there may be a little light on the key or on the status bar of the keyboard above the keys.
